Conference Services is pleased to offer lodging in a furnished and air-conditioned residence hall for Graduate Students taking classes on the Penn campus. Residents will stay in multi-occupancy guest suites and will have a private bedroom.
Room Information
Each bedroom is equipped with one set of the following items: extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair, lamp, and dresser. Due to space constraints, any additional furniture is discouraged. The following items are not provided: sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, soap (laundry, dish, and bath), wastebasket, hamper, alarm clock, phone or computer. Although we cannot guarantee a kitchen in your summer assignment, we do recognize your desire for one and will do our best to assign you in a room with a kitchen.
Housing Dates
Housing is available on a weekly basis from Sunday, May 31, 2009 through Saturday, August 22, 2009. There is a four-week minimum stay.
Room Rates (All rates are per week, per person - unless noted)
Private Bedroom in a Shared Living Space with a Guaranteed Kitchen - $229.00
Private Apartment w/ 2 occupants - $379.00 (per week) Please contact Conference Services at 215-898-9319 to arrange for this living situation
Please note that suites are shared by members of the same gender. Up to four people will share the bathroom, living room and kitchen (if applicable).
Easy 3 Step Process to Summer Session Housing

A PennCard is required for access to the building. If you do not have a PennCard a PHOTO MUST BE SUBMITTED in order to create one for you. A $20 fee will be charged for your PennCard upon submitting your online application. |
Upon filling out the online application a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please reply to that email with your photo. (It should be saved “last name.first name” i.e. Jones.Dave.) Photos should be received within 3 days of filling out the application. |
Any delay in receiving the components of your application could delay processing and may prevent you for being approved for housing.
A confirmation letter will be emailed to you that will confirm all your specific housing details. Please bring this letter with you upon check-in.
